Once we have developed an agenda and a legal strategy and have communicated the same to the client, we then take the appropriate legal course of action. This may involve drafting legal documents, negotiating with opposing parties, representing the client in court/meetings, or taking other steps to achieve the desired legal outcome. Throughout the legal process, we continue to evaluate the case, adjust the agenda and legal strategy as necessary, and communicate with the client regarding any developments.
